SheriffSalePA Pro
The free list tells you what's for sale. Pro will tell you which ones are worth bidding on.
- After-repair value estimate for every property, from nearby homes that actually sold (county sale records, not list prices).
- Max bid using the 70% rule (70% of the after-repair value, minus repairs), with your own rehab estimate.
- Email alerts before each sale with the properties that match your towns, ZIP codes and filters.
- What changed since the last list: new properties, postponements and properties put on hold.
$39/month when it launches. The list on this site stays free.
